Article 50
The National Council decides on the confirmation of the election of members of the National Council upon the proposal of the Mandates and Immunity Commission.
The National Council decides separately on each disputed election.
An affected party has the right to lodge an appeal against a decision of the National Council not to confirm the election before the Constitutional Court within fifteen days of the day the decision was adopted. The Constitutional Court may abrogate the decision of the National Council and confirm the election or it may reject the appeal.
