Official Visit of a Delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia
Upon the invitation of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr Branko Naumoski, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, led by Vice President Mag. Miroslav Mozetič, departed for an official visit to the Republic of Macedonia on Thursday, 30 May 2013. The delegation also includes Constitutional Court Judges Mrs Jasna Pogačar and Dr Jadranka Sovdat.
The judges of the Constitutional Court of Macedonia and the Constitutional Court of Slovenia have established successful bilateral cooperation in the past decade. During this meeting they will exchange their experiences in the field of constitutional review and present some of the important decisions adopted last year by each Court. Special attention will be devoted to the issue of constitutional protection of the privacy of legal entities.
The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia will end its official visit to the Republic of Macedonia on Saturday, 1 June 2013.
