New Vice President of the Constitutional Court Elected
Vice President of the Constitutional Court
In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Constitutional Court Act, the Vice President of the Constitutional Court is elected by the Constitutional Court judges from among their own number in the same manner and for the same term as the President of the Constitutional Court, i.e. by secret ballot for a term of three years.
At the administrative session held on 11 January 2010, the Constitutional Court Judges elected Judge Mag. Miroslav Mozetič Vice President of the Constitutional Court. Judge Mag. Miroslav Mozetič assumed the office of Vice President of the Constitutional Court immediately.
