Users must take into consideration that the decisions of the Constitutional Court are generally published on the web site of the Constitutional Court prior to their publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia. Irrespective of such, the legal consequences of decisions in matters involving the review of the constitutionality or legality of a regulation begin to take effect upon the publication of the decision in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, unless the Constitutional Court decides otherwise. 
  
The Constitutional Court does not accept liability for factual and legal errors regarding any information so published. Official documents that are published on our web site are not considered to be official texts. Therefore, we recommend that when an important decision is reached, the user should also consult the relevant information available at the competent authority on the basis of the information that is published on our web site, or consult the text in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia. 
  
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia reserves the right to alter, supplement, or remove the web site (entirely or partially) without prior notice, and does not accept the responsibility for the consequences of such changes.  
  
All the information and other documents which the user can access on the web site of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia are exempted from special copy-right protection, and are freely accessible to all users, provided the user quotes the contents of our web site in a manner such that for every quotation they state the source and the author. Any user who acts contrary to the above-mentioned conditions is responsible for the consequences in accordance with the law. 
  
The published texts of regulations and Constitutional Court decisions may be quoted without the need to state the source.  
  
The web site contains links to other web sites for which the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia does not take responsibility. 
  
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia strives to ensure uninterrupted usage of the web site for users. For technical reasons (in order to maintain and/or replace the equipment) the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the web site or interrupt access. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia is not responsible for any possible temporary non-operation of the web site and for any thereby related difficulties.
