Abstract: |
As the courts in the challenged judgments did not adopt a position on the merits of the complainants' allegations contained in the civil action, which could have been relevant for the decision on the correctness of the challenged decision of the Ministry of the Interior, the complainants were deprived of reasoned judicial deciding, and consequently the courts violated Article 22 of the Constitution. |
