Abstract:
As regards the fact that finally regulated legal relations may be interfered with by a constitutional complaint, the abrogation of a regulation has effect also on all those final individual acts which had already been finally decided prior to the abrogation taking effect, as well as on the constitutional complaint which was lodged in due time and decided after such abrogation took effect.

Due to the fact that the challenged judicial decisions are based on a statutory provision which was abrogated by the Constitutional Court, due to it being inconsistent with the right to legal remedies determined in Article 25 of the Constitution, the Constitutional Court abrogated such.
