The complainant cannot substantiate a constitutional complaint by statements which are in terms of their content only an allegation that a challenged decision is allegedly erroneous.

 

The complainant's allegations that the challenged decision did not follow the established caselaw and that such was not reasoned could be taken into consideration from the viewpoint of Article 22 of the Constitution, however, the complainant did not demonstrate that in his case the Supreme Court interpreted the law differently.
