Abstract: |
Due to the fact that Article 2 of the Act amending the State Administration Act regulates an issue which should be regulated by the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly and which should be adopted by a two-thirds majority vote, it is inconsistent with Article 94 of the Constitution. |
