Abstract: |
The fact that administrative-judicial protection in the event of a violation of rights during the oral pronouncement of a judgement was refused could entail a violation of the right to judicial protection determined in the first paragraph of Article 23 of the Constitution, if the violation of these rights could not be protected with legal remedies within the framework of the same judicial proceedings also against a written judgment. |
