Abstract: |
Determining the rules on religious burials falls within the scope of the autonomous functioning of religious communities. Therefore, determining the rules on religious burials by means of state or local regulations is inconsistent with the principle of the separation of the state and religious communities (the first paragraph of Article 7 of the Constitution) and with the principle that religious communities pursue their activities freely (the second paragraph of Article 7 of the Constitution). |
