Abstract: |
If a petition to initiate proceedings to review the constitutionality (and legality) of a regulation is manifestly unfounded, the Constitutional Court dismisses such.
If there is neither an obvious violation of human rights or fundamental freedoms which had significant consequences for the complainant, nor is an important constitutional issue involved which exceeds the importance of the individual case, the Constitutional Court does not accept the constitutional complaint for consideration.
If a constitutional complaint is not lodged in time, the Constitutional Court rejects such. |
