Abstract:
 The petition for the review of the constitutionality of those articles of the National Elections Act which determine the electoral system (Arts. 2, 20, 92 and 93) is evidently unsubstantiated since the National Assembly regulated the electoral system in the Constitution by the Constitutional Act for the Amendment to Art. 80 of the Constitution. Thus, the Constitutional Court dismissed the petition as unsubstantiated.
