Operative provisions:
 The petition for the commencement of the proceedings to review the constitutionality of the Act Calling Elections to the Student Parliament of the Student Organization at Maribor University, dated 3 October 2001, is rejected.
Abstract:
 The Constitutional Court established that the petitioners' allegations in the considered petition could not bring to a different decision of the Constitutional Court from that decided in Order No. U-I-209/01. The Constitutional Court again emphasized that the challenged act was issued on the basis of the provisions of the Statute of the Maribor University Student Organization and the Order on Elections, which regulate elections, and that the act on calling elections is an individual act for whose review the Constitutional Court has no jurisdiction.
