ECLI:
ECLI:SI:USRS:2011:Up.23.09
Abstract:
When reviewing whether the condition of the permissibility of a revision regarding the value of the challenged part of a final administrative act in an action for annulment was fulfilled, this value cannot exceed the amount determined in the challenged act. If there is neither an obvious violation of human rights or fundamental freedoms which had serious consequences for the complainant, nor does the case concern an important constitutional question which exceeds the importance of the concrete case, the Constitutional Court does not accept the constitutional complaint for consideration.
