IIIrd Conference of Secretaries General of Constitutional Courts and Courts of Equivalent Jurisdiction

The main topics of the conference are the Organisation of Work of Law Clerks as Support for Decision-making by Constitutional Court Judges and Information Technology Supporting and Improving Constitutional Court Operations. The conference will include more than forty participants representing thirty different countries, the Venice Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Communities, and the European Court of Human Rights.
 

The Venice Commission of the Council of Europe and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia are organizing The IIIrd Conference of Secretaries General of Constitutional Courts and Courts of Equivalent Jurisdiction, which will take place from 29th to 30th September 2005 at Bled, Slovenia.
