R E S O L U T I O N

At the meeting held on 19 December 1991 and concerned with the procedure for assessment of constitutionality of the Law of Vocation-Oriented Training as well as with the procedure for assessment of constitutionality and legality of the Regulations on Checking and Evaluation of Knowledge in Secondary Schools the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia

p a s s e d t h e f o l l o w i n g r e s o l u t i o n :

The procedure for assessment of constitutionality of the Law of Vocation-Oriented Training (Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia, no. 11/80, 6/83, 25/89, 35/89 and Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 8/90) as well as the procedure for assessment of constitutionality and legality of the Regulations on Checking and Evaluation of Knowledge in Secondary Schools (Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia, no. 29/85, 10/88 and 6/90) shall be stopped.

R E A S O N S :

At the meeting held on 17 October 1991 the Constitutional Court decided to accept the initiative and to start the procedure for assessment of constitutionality of the Law of Vocation-Oriented Training as well as the procedure for assessment of constitutionality and legality of the Regulations on Checking and Evaluation of Knowledge in Secondary Schools. This decision was based on the ascertainment that the initiative lodged by Mrs. Ada Kuk, Ljubljana, Bjedićeva 6, and signed with the above name was well grounded. On the receipt of the resolution on the beginning of the procedure for assessment of constitutionality and legality of the above regulations the initiator advised the Constitutional Court that she did not lodge the initiative. Therefore the Constitutional Court decided not to continue the procedure and stopped it.

This Resolution was passed by the Constitutional Court on the basis of sixth paragraph of the second section of Article 25 of the Law of Procedure at the Constitutional Court of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia (Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia, no. 39/74 and 28/76).
