In their discussions with the Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, the President and the members of the Slovenian Constitutional Court delegation exchanged information on powers, procedures and organisation of both Courts, devoting special attention to problems of constitutional complaints and to possible solutions to excessive workload of constitutional courts. In this regard, the experiences of the Slovenian Constitutional Court were presented in deciding cases relating to ensuring the right to trial within a reasonable time and cases relating to the relationship with the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. The discussions, which were held in a friendly atmosphere, enabled both sides to exchange the experiences and suggestions for further cooperation that would contribute to strengthening standards of the rule of law and enhancing the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. 

On Tuesday, 25 May 2010, the President and the members of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia were received by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Dr Slavica Đukić-Dejanović.

Upon the invitation of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, Dr Bosa Nenadić, a delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia visited the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia from 24 to 26 May 2010. During its first official visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, the Slovenian delegation was led by President Jože Tratnik, who was accompanied by Judge Mag. Marija Krisper Kramberger, Judge Ass. Prof. Dr Mitja Deisinger and Secretary General Prof. Dr Erik Kerševan.
