The Minister of Justice Dr Dominika Švarc Pipan visited the Constitutional Court on Wednesday, 31 August 2022. She met with President Dr Matej Accetto and Vice President Dr Rok Čeferin.
The meeting focused mainly on the challenges that the Constitutional Court has been facing recently, particularly the high workload that is a consequence of the increasing number of new cases. In this context, they also addressed the need for additional personnel and office space and touched upon the possibility of amending the Constitution and the Constitutional Court Act.
