Visit of the President of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Dr Koen Lenaerts, to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia

On the occasion of the celebration of the Centenary of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, Dr Koen Lenaerts, President of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Dr Marko Ilešič, Judge to the same court, and Dr Grega Strban, Dean of the Faculty of Law, visited the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia on 27 May 2021.

The visitors were welcomed by the judges of the Constitutional Court. In a short working meeting, they discussed how certain challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis are addressed in the national constitutional law and European Union law.
